General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC)

Article 1 – Purpose

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the sale of products by Mamatí via the mamati.store website. Any order implies full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.

Article 2 – Products

The products offered are nursing dresses. The essential characteristics of the products are presented on each product page. The photographs are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product.

Article 3 – Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€) including all taxes (TTC). Mamatí reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood that the price applicable to the order is that in force at the time of its validation.

Article 4 – Order

The order is validated after payment confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the address provided during your order.

Article 5 – Payment

Payment is made online by the means offered during the order process. Transactions are secure.

Article 6 – Delivery

Orders are delivered in metropolitan France via Colissimo or Mondial Relay, within 4 to 5 working days. Delivery costs are €8.99. For more details, consult our Delivery Policy.

Article 7 – Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide reasons or pay penalties. To exercise this right, contact us at: immamatii@gmail.com.

Article 8 – Returns and refunds

Returned products must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed. Return costs are the responsibility of the customer. The refund will be made within 14 days of receipt of the return.

Article 9 – Personal data

The data collected during your order is used only for the purpose of processing it. In accordance with the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify and delete your data by contacting us at: immamatii@gmail.com.

Article 10 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing this, the French courts will have jurisdiction. The applicable law is French law.
